This is intended to help preserve accurate documentation of the work and its presentation. (iv) Should you wish to sell, donate, or otherwise transfer the artwork, the artist would appreciate being informed in writing in advance, where possible. For archival purposes, the artist also welcomes any available information regarding the resale or transfer, including the identity of the new owner, although this is not a condition of sale. (v) Please notify the artist promptly in the event of any significant damage to or loss of the artwork.
