All works are carefully prepared and shipped from Bangkok, Thailand.
Original Works (Edition of 19)
Original embroidered works are professionally packed to ensure protection during transit. Framed pieces are securely wrapped and reinforced for international shipping.
Limited Edition Prints
Unframed prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes.
Framed prints are securely packaged and ready to hang upon arrival.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and framing option. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so we can assist you promptly. (nia@rayandnia.com) or the contact form below.
Returns
Limited Edition & Open Edition Prints
Prints may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original Works
All original artworks are final sale unless damaged during transit.
